Well bu99er me if I didn’t see it with my own eyes.
Came into the hell-hole that is work, to see M walking down the aisle (not that sort of aisle) saying bon-voyage to everyone … I had to drag him aside and find out what on earth was going on !!
And yes, it was true - leaving us all to suffer without his presence (jammy swine) !!
Tried to get his future intentions out of him, before being hassled by KS (altered by witha), then wished him all the best, exchanged numbers and somehow got roped into fitting a kitchen ?? *confused*
Ah the “******” (altered by witha) legend that is M lives on …

S70ODA: As true as true can be fella! And I have received a letter in the post today from ‘em. Sent Special Delivery and only the “Addressee”, me, was allowed to sign for it…
The letter was really quite pleasant to begin… and end (first and last sentences), but the middle bit was basically a seven paragraph “covering our backs against lawsuits” letter (two pages of A4, yet only two nice sentences: “I was sorry to receive your resignation on Thursday 12th July” and “May I wish you luck in your future career”). Ah well… That’ll be burnt in due course…
