Both leave the room, happy in the knowledge that: he made a saving on a second hand car; and someone somewhere is really trying to tell me something.

Had a chat with Huw tonight… Belbin was discussed… very interesting indeed. I’ll be looking into this with regards to the team, who’s what and how can they be utilised for the best of the team… Watch this space.
