Went shopping in Cardiff. Bought stuff: T-shirts from Howells to send over to Masa and his friend who gave us all those games for Ifan; Nothing from the Disney shop, but I had a nice sit down outside it with Meu; Daffodil photo frames from the Welsh shop near the castle for Masa’s Mama; Subway, from the worst Subway I have ever had the misfortune to visit, near the castle; then a rubgy shop where I almost bought a samurai T-shirt; then Starbucks. McArthur Glen, where I bought some trousers. They are very much akin to the ones I bought in Hong Kong many moons ago, but probably a lot more expensive… But to tell the truth, I haven’t the foggiest how much the Hong Kong ones cost, because I had money coming out of my ears then…
