Pain, rain and tyres.

Wart still hurting, I went over the yard to sort some tyres out for the tyre man to take the centres out of during the week.

At one point, I had to stop to see what was happening to my big toe. For some reason my toe was hurting in a different place now. I was wearing wellies, so I took it off. I was wearing two pairs of socks, so I took them off. And then I looked at the underside of my troublesome foot.

29 reps in my dad's yard: probably the best gym in the world!“How did that get there?” my Dad said, looking at my foot from a good stone’s throw away.

“Don’t know. But it hurts!” I replied.

A thorn, buried into the centre of my big toe…

Pulled that bad boy out. Put both my socks on, my welly, and then back on with job.

Dad left me there because his side was hurting him and I continued non stop for about an hour and a half pushing this little lot around the place… In the pouring rain!

Popped into Dad’s to tell him it was done, and then went home and had a bath…
